What drives us

In his practice, Doron Henkin has for more than 30 years been a business lawyer working, by preference, across a number of practice areas for his clients, in a small-to-medium law-firm setting.

He believes that this approach offers clients good value and sound expertise for both the short and long run. His practice addresses the full range of transactional and litigated issues in business, debtor-creditor relations and real estate. In business matters, he concentrates on business formation, general counseling, acquisition, finance, sale, governance, contracts, intellectual property and licensing. For debtor-creditor matters, he focuses on insolvency, business bankruptcy, restructuring and workouts, enforcement and recovery actions, asset dispositions and acquisitions, and the rights and obligations of all parties when these issues are at stake.

In real estate, he addresses commercial real estate acquisition, real estate lending and borrowing, brokerage, leasing, management, foreclosure and environmental areas. He also has broad experience litigating matters to settlement or to decision, and on appeal, particularly within these areas of concentration.

Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™, the gold standard in attorney ratings, have recognized lawyers for their strong legal ability and high ethical standards for more than a century.
